When the days are getting longer again and the first warming rays of sun are falling, then nature starts to wake up from hibernation, and transforms the Traminer area into a true paradise. A sea of pink blossom covers the landscape in a seemingly endless carpet of petals. The wonderful fragrance of apple blossom accompanies you on a roadbike trip across the 1360 m high Mendel pass, past Lago di S. Giustina, through numerous fruit plantations in the Nonstal valley, and finally through the Etschtal valley back into the little wine village of Tramin am Kalterersee. It’s an absolute dream tour in beautiful South Tyrol lowland for any keen racing biker.
